About the Role:
Our client, a leading provider of rehabilitation and allied health services, is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their busy clinic in the heart of Wellington CBD.
This role is ideal for a clinician with a few years of experience who is ready to hit the ground running. Whether you’re seeking clinical mentorship or looking to step into a leadership pathway, our client offers the support and flexibility to help you grow.
You’ll work across a range of contracts including Social Rehab, Vocational Rehab, Pain Management, and Training for Independence, gaining exposure to multiple clinical pathways and opportunities for development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver in-clinic and community-based rehabilitation programmes
- Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team
- Prepare comprehensive client reports including assessments, goals, and treatment plans
- Manage caseloads using diary management software

Ideal Candidate:
- NZ-registered Occupational Therapist with a current APC
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full NZ Driver’s Licence (essential for community rehab work)
