✅ 100% candidate delivery – sourcing, screening & placements
✅ No BD or sales targets
✅ Focus on temp & contract roles in trades/light industrial

✔ Trades, Light Industrial or Labour Hire recruitment experience

✔ Preference for candidate delivery over sales/BD
