💰 Up to $125k Base + Super + Car Allowance + Commissions

We’re partnering with a leading recruitment agency in the transport & logistics space to recruit a Branch Manager / Team Leader to lead and grow their thriving Melbourne West branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive business growth, and take full ownership of operations and performance.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading a team of recruiters and supporting their ongoing development

Driving new business sales and managing key client accounts

Overseeing compliance, onboarding, payroll, and invoicing processes

Managing the day-to-day office operations (suppliers, cleaning, utilities, etc.)

Full P&L responsibility – including achieving office revenue and EBIT targets

Ensuring high standards across recruitment delivery, client service, and compliance

💼 Key Duties Include:

360 recruitment leadership: business development, account management, advertising

Staff management: performance reviews, hiring, training, leave & discipline

KPI & target management: 8 new client meetings + 4 new clients per quarter

Reporting & marketing: newsletters, job ads, compliance reports

Aged debt control & client relationship management

Activity-based leadership with focus on culture and commercial growth

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in blue collar or transport/logistics recruitment

Team leadership or branch management experience

Sales-driven mindset with strong BD and client engagement skills

Knowledge of compliance, awards, payroll, and recruitment operations

Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams

💸 What’s On Offer:

Up to $125,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Superannuation + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commissions

5% Bonus on EBIT (with performance-based KPIs)
