✅ 1 x Ipswich Based (Remote / Hybrid)

✅ 1 x Murarrie Based (In-Office)

We’re partnering with a national transport recruitment agency seeking two driven, sales-focused professionals to join their growing Brisbane team!

💼 About the Roles

✅ Ipswich Role: Remote/Hybrid position – work from home & on the road, with flexibility to visit the Murarrie office once per fortnight

✅ Murarrie Role: Full-time, office-based & on the road

Both roles suit Recruiters or Salespeople from the Blue Collar sector, though we’re also open to strong sales professionals from other industries. Perfect for recruiters wanting to move away from delivery and focus purely on Business Development.

💰 Salary & Benefits

✅ $85K base + super

✅ $15K car allowance

✅ 12.5% commission on GP over $6.5K weekly

✅ Ongoing training, support, and development

🚗 Requirements

✅ Proven sales experience

✅ Stable work history

✅ Current driver’s licence and own transport

✅ Identifying and winning new business through calls, leads & networking

✅ Building long-term client relationships through regular meetings & campaigns

✅ Negotiating business agreements and terms

✅ Collaborating with the recruitment hub to drive new opportunities

✅ Maintaining accurate compliance and client records
