About the Role:
Our client, a leading national healthcare provider in the rehabilitation space, is looking for a driven and experienced clinician to step into a Clinical Lead role, based in Wellington CBD.
This is a senior leadership opportunity suited to someone with 5+ years of MSK clinical experience, who is passionate about delivering best-practice care while supporting and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team. You’ll be providing clinical leadership across the Wellington and Manawatu regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical oversight on complex client cases
- Manage clinical risk registers and review complex reports
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support and guide a regional multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes

What We’re Looking For:
- Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current APC as a registered health professional in NZ
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in MSK
- Solid understanding of ACC operational and policy frameworks
