🏥 We’re Hiring: Lead Physiotherapist – Waiata Shores (Takanini, Auckland)
$90K–$110K + Monthly Incentive Bonus | Leadership + Clinical Role | MDT Team Environment

Our client, a leading provider of integrated rehabilitation and allied health services, is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Physiotherapist to join their team at the Waiata Shores hub in Takanini.

This site offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with a team of 3 physiotherapists, as well as EAP services, Hand Therapy, Nursing, and other visiting clinicians — making it a dynamic, supportive space for both clinicians and clients.

If you’re ready to step into a senior clinical role where you’ll mentor your team, drive clinical development, and still maintain a hands-on caseload, this is your opportunity.

🔹 About the Role:

  • Lead the physiotherapy team within a multi-disciplinary clinic environment
  • Deliver client care across a diverse caseload in musculoskeletal and community rehab
  • Work closely with Service and Clinical Leads to ensure service excellence
  • Mentor team members, introduce process improvements, and drive performance
  • Balance clinical and leadership responsibilities with full autonomy

🔹 About You:

  • Must hold current NZ Physiotherapy Registration & APC
  • Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience required
  • Valid NZ Driver’s Licence for community rehab
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
