🏥 We’re Hiring: Lead Physiotherapist – Wairau Valley, Auckland
$90K–$110K + Uncapped Incentives | Leadership + Clinical Role | Allied Health Team

Our client, a respected national provider of rehabilitation and allied health services, is seeking an experienced and energetic Lead Physiotherapist to join their growing team in Wairau Valley, Auckland.

This leadership role offers the perfect blend of team mentoring and hands-on clinical practice, with the opportunity to influence clinical outcomes and process improvements in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.

You’ll be leading a team of 4 Physiotherapists, with 2 Acupuncturists and 1 Hand Therapist also onsite, and will have 4 direct reports under your guidance.

🔹 About the Role:

  • Mentor and support a team of clinicians, driving clinical excellence
  • Collaborate with Service and Clinical Leads to refine service delivery
  • Maintain a clinical caseload, working across diverse rehabilitation needs
  • Develop solutions based on client feedback and outcome data
  • Champion team engagement, development, and performance

🔹 What You’ll Bring:

  • Current NZ Physiotherapy registration and APC
  • 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • A full NZ Driver’s Licence (for community rehab visits)
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Passion for team development and delivering exceptional client outcomes
