As Business Manager – Adelaide, you’ll be responsible for:
– Overseeing branch operations including financials, compliance, and service delivery
– Leading, coaching, and mentoring a passionate small recruitment team
– Building strong client partnerships across multiple industries
– Driving new business opportunities and team success
– Reporting on branch profitability and performance

💰 Salary: Up to 130k (negotiable based on experience) + Car Allowance + Comms
