Recruitment Consultant – Transport Labour Hire | Melbourne East Location

We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established global and national business within the transport labour hire industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
– Full 360 recruitment: business development, client visits, sales, and labour hire recruitment
– Office-based, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
– Based in Melbourne (candidates in other states also encouraged to apply — national presence)
ABOUT YOU:
– Experienced recruiter OR strong B2B sales/business development background
– Proven ability to build relationships and drive new business
– Confident phone manner and not afraid to chase leads
– Stable employment history (ideally no more than 3 roles in the past 5–6 years)
– Motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to succeed in a fast-paced environment
WHAT’S ON OFFER:
– $75K – $90K salary (negotiable based on experience)
– Quarterly commissions
