🚨 New Opportunity – Recruitment Consultant | Blue Collar Temp Desk | Brisbane 🚨

We’re excited to be partnering with a national agency on a great role based in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane.

We’re on the hunt for a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage a high-volume temp desk in the manufacturing sector — think machine operators, process workers, forklift drivers & more.

Perfect for someone with energy, BD skills, and a passion for blue-collar recruitment.

💰 $75–90k base (nego on your experience) + quarterly comms (2.5x salary / 30–40% uncapped)

🏠 1 day WFH per week

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 2+ years’ recruitment experience (blue collar temp preferred)

✔️ 180 or 360 backgrounds welcome

✔️ Proactive & team-oriented

✔️ Full driver’s licence (client visits & toolbox talks involved)
